What I painted is based on seeing this mermaid in my head. Before I fell asleep, I remember seeing that the mermaid had wavy yellow hair with brown eyes, and she had interesting colors on her fish tail. Plus, I remember seeing that she was in a clamshell with lots of silver and gold bubbles.
