What I made is the use of prisma markers. But it's also all about showing the cloud in the form of a Thunderbird. It is even nighttime and that is why the trees and the flying Thunderbird look like shadows. The last what I should mention is that there's a rider on the Thunderbird in case anyone's wondering what's on his back.
